What does the black point mean?

What I know is that it is a spawn point. But it looks very rare that no Pokemon show up for minute , and just like a black point with circles...

Do you know why? Does it means that someone is coming? How could we see it every where?

it appears that your internet speed is slow.The black spot is a pokemon spawned but is not visible due to either server issues or slow internet.

Many have had this issue when updating to the lastest version. It will eventually get fixed on its own.
