Just filled the basket with 10K eggs...

Im just two eggs away from having 9 10km eggs but I was waiting to buy 6 incubators till I hit level 30 so I could get 3 free ones which i'm currently half way through level 29

I would open them? If you can time it with a lucky egg then great. The chances that the next event is double candy is debatable. I wouldn't let eggs that are not being cycled through stop me from getting and opening more eggs. Also the 10K egg Pokes are often the most useful. Better to put them into action as soon as possible IMO.

I reached seven 10K eggs yesterday, and decided to go ahead and hatch a couple. I don't want to try timing them with a lucky egg, and would rather keep a few ready in case a surprise event comes along. I'm still not sure that they won't lower the drop rate for a lot of 10Ks.

If you want to hold onto them for a possible event then just incubate one or two. I would just get to all of them if I were you. They could either be really useful or Pineco

I hatched a full box of 10k eggs yesterday. So disappointing...

3x - Mantine
2x - Pineco
1x - Miltank
1x - Mareep
1x - Dratini
1x - Gligar

I was so hoping for multiple Larvitars or Dratinis or maybe a Snorlax but naah... I hate this game :)

I used to save them up to try to get 5-6 at a time. But now I want the 10km mons hoping they are dratini or larvitar as I'm super close on both.

Been getting lucky with hatches lately. I'd rather have the mons now to use them. So when I get one I start it right away.

I have 5 now, but once I hit 9, I plan to just do 1 10km at a time with a blue incubator...

I get an ok amount of coins from other defenders (never 10, but closer now) so don't worry about that last few gyms I suppose.

Once I hatch a Snorlax or a Dratini, I should be able to get both to level 30 so should be easier to maintain gyms after that...It'd probably be after the gym rebalance though so trying not to hatch or evolve stuff right now.
