Nope. I think you can't, much like the other pokemon games.

It is not possible at all, even finding espeon and umbreon in the wild is impossible too

You can't find those in the wild, it is however possible to find Crobat and Blissey in the wild.

Anything requiring an item to evolve will not be found in the wild
The aforementioned blissey, crobat, espeon, umbreon and hitmontop do not require items
