Safe your candies event or what??

probably nothing, because it was like few days ago, unless they plan to add something useful for candies, i mean other than upgrade or evolution but apparently could come in a future

They just enjoy making players paranoid.

When is supposed to be this "eastern" ppl are saying?

My bet is that it will be possible to change movesets with candy.
You pay X candy and you can pick a moveset for your mon.

I took it to mean that things will change and what is good today will be garbage tomorrow
