Dragonite IVs Decision

Guys! I just captured a Dragonite 1370cp with perfect skills (dragon claw and dragon breath) and it has 15 IVs atk and 15 def. However, it has 0 stamina. What do you think? I have got 5 dragonites so far and none of them has perfect skills to use for attacking gyms (I already have 1 for defense gym). BTW, it has only 1370 CP and I'm level 27.5.

You can use it for attacking gyms if it has the right moveset.

My understanding is that stamina represents HP so what is the difference in HP to your pokemon and the best possible IV scenario, there you can decide whether or not it is good enough.
