Which Pokemon with a certain sex are rare?

I saw Typhlosion's sex ratio is greatly skewed. Has anyone compiled a list of which Pokemon with what gender are more rare?

I noticed Snorlax is...so if you find a femal, keep it no matter the IV or CP.
It also appears that all starters for both Gen1 and Gen2 are skewed.

i am yet to find my first snorlax so am keeping whatever i get
i think chansy is 100% females

FYI...Gamepress have already put up the ratio of male:female for all available mons in PoGo, on each of the mons pages - but that link is very handy.

What abut those with no sex indicated (Staryu, few others)? Can they breed asexually??

lol i got a female, Arcanine, Machamp, Kabutops, Omastar and eevee, <-- because its rare i might evo into an Espeon..

and a male Clefairy, must be a cross dresser
