some Minor Moveset Fixes I've noticed
I decided to go down the Top 20 or so CP Pokemon and Look at thier moveset ratings for minor flaws.
Gyrados. It makes no Sense for Bite/Dragonbreath + Hydro Pump not to be ranked the same. Bite and DB are identical moves in EPS/Duration/DPS. As for the Meta: DB is good for Dragonite, but Bite is good for Eggy & Espeon as well as the rarer Slowbro/Alka.
Blissey. If you are going to Rank Zen before Pound for Dazzling Gleam A sets. And for the B Hyperbeam set. There's no reason to list Pound first for the Psychic Set.
Vaperon. This is the first one, I would change more on substance. Defending Hydro Pump is far harder to dodge then Water Pulse. While normally 2 bar moves belong before 1. This is the exception to that rule. Vaperon's HPs allow it to live long enough to get off a Hydro. And WP is super easy to dodge and has a long windup so even if you used a quick charge move like Hurricane you can dodge it. Meanwhile Hydro launches so quick its easier to miss the dodge.
Espeon's attacking moveset needs some explanation as well. Why would Confuson Psybeam be before Confusion Psychic but Zen Psychic is before Zen Psybeam
Golem: Not sure if you revamped the ratings here. But the attacking ratings shouldn't have Mud Slap clearly ahead of Rock Throw. Mudslap has slightly higher energy per second gain, but Rock Throw does more damage and allows more dodging. I suspect most people would prefer Rock Throw to Mudslap but at the least tied.
Some of the others in top 20 clearly havent been done yet like Eggy.

I mean, they just posted this in the description of the moves:
"Dragon Breath and Bite perform similarly and have better respective match ups. Both moves are great for players who like to dodge quick and charge moves."
So...the same.. BUT... only change the relevance cuz Dragonite is an elite mon, so dragon moves are a must have?, even when there are 5 mons in the defenders tier list that are weak to Bite, and yes, I know that the most useful is Espeon, but people still use Exeggutor, Slowbro/king and even some Alakazam, so...
The others...
No Espeon or Golem right now (low IV reasons), so i don't think about them now.
Vaporeon i use to attack and Blissey has Pound/Hyperbeam, and she is good to me.
But again, dragons are more relevant, even when the counters get buffed and can finish her off very easily.
But i think Zen Headbutt/Psichic is Better cuz fighting mons are more usefull now.
