Eevee good enough?

Hatched a quality Eevee (CP 580, HP 72, IV 95.6%-97.8%)
There is a trick of being able to control it's evolution by naming it "Rainer", etc.
However I understand you can only do this once.

Is this Eevee good enough to use the one time "Rainer" naming to make it a Vaporeon or should I just play the odds and save the "Rainer" for a possible perfect Eevee some day?

Go for it! 100% IV is rarely to achieve at about 0.01% possibility. You can go ahead name it Rainer and evolve it. Lets just hope and pray that you will get Water Gun/Hydro Pump move set XD haha (I highly prefer rank A/B move set than IV)
