New Move Data
On September 16th, 2019, Niantic quietly updated the Pokemon GO game data to buff the move Psystrike, the exclusive move coming to Mewtwo starting at 3 PM CDT later today.
Psystrike's damage was reduced by 10, but its duration was decreased dramatically, making the move much faster.

Mewtwo is known for its powerful Psychic-type signature move in the main series games and players were anticipating the move not being very powerful with its dormant game code stats.
Mewtwo's Psystrike data has been updated to our database. According to our Comprehensive DPS/TDO Spreadsheet, Mewtwo is now handily the strongest Psychic-type Pokemon available.
