Jirachi Avatar Cosmetic Added to Game Data

Early in the morning on August 20th, 2019, a new update was pushed to the code of Pokemon GO. 

Thanks to Reddit user u/martycochrane, avatar items featuring the Wish Pokemon Jirachi may soon be available in the game for both male and female characters. 

Dataminer @Chrales recently showed what the shirt will look like on Twitter:

This addition is auspiciously timed with the Twitter posts by @PokemonGoApp featuring a silhouette of Jirachi in a starry night sky. 

Nothing has been officially confirmed for release, but we can at the very least expect some news about the Great League contender later today at 3 PM CST.
