Hiya,If I uninstall pokemon go from my phone then re-install it,will I have lost anything from my account?

Nope everything is saved to your account

You will free up some wasted storage on your phone from "documents & data," though. I uninstalled & reinstalled PoGo the other day, and it freed up about 250mb of storage space on my phone.
