Volt switch is awful

It's more of a defensive move than an attack move much like Bubble previously. It should be great on Amrpharos, but should be pretty awful on Jolteon.

Subpar relative to thundershock and spark for no-dodge spam cast but performs the same when dodging. 2.3s cd and 25 energy gain per hit is really convenient between defender quick moves, say paired with thunderbolt(2.5s) / thunder(2.4s) you can simply do VS VS T/TB repeat against dragonite's dragon tail for example.
