According to Niantic Support's Twitter account, the upcoming Lickitung Raid Day scheduled for February 15 and the upcoming Party Hat Gengar Raid day scheduled for March 1 will give players the option of evolving existing Pokemon in order to get the limited moves.
Body Slam Lickilicky
Hi Johnny! For that event, Lickilicky will also know Body Slam. Hope this helps! ^MM

Lickilicky was not originally stated to be a part of this event, so its inclusion is a bit unexpected. While the jury is still partly out on its performance, preliminary reports suggest that it will generally be a slightly worse Snorlax. Still, it might be worth evolving a few if you have the sinnoh stones in case its viability rises later!

Lick/Psychic Gengar
Hey there, Trainer! Haunter evolved to Gengar during the Raid Day event window should learn the exclusive moves (Lick and Psychic). However, this evolved Gengar will not wear a Party Hat. To encounter one with Party Hat, look for Tier 4 Raids. We hope to see you out there! ^MA

This one is a bit more expected. Just like last time, any Haunter evolved into a Gengar during the raid window will learn the event moves Lick and Psychic. While Lick is arguably considered to be Gengar's strongest fast-move option, keep in mind that Haunter can now learn Shadow Ball again, and is a decent option for Great League play. Consider that before evolving!
