On Tuesday, August 20th, 2019, after a long five-day countdown including a beautiful starry night that released every day from August 18th, Niantic released no information on any promotions related to Jirachi, or anything else.
Niantic's Twitter account was particularly silent today at 3 PM CDT.

Last week when the hints to the Ultra Bonus Unlock were released, the announcement included a note that more information would be released on August 20th.
