New Event: Team GO Rocket Spawn Increase
On Wednesday, November 20, 2019, Niantic officially announced a scheduled increase in Team GO Rocket activity!
Between the hours of 11 AM and 1 PM on November 24, every PokeStop will be taken over by a Team GO Rocket Grunt. There will also be exclusive Field Research tasks from Professor Willow.
Details on these new Research Tasks are unknown. Stay tuned for more information on the research, and check out the list of tasks below.
Team GO Rocket grunts can have a variety of Pokemon. Some Pokemon to keep an eye out for are Dratini, Larvitar, Porygon, and Ralts. Larvitar might even be able to get its Community Day move this coming December!
When you defeat a Team GO Rocket grunt, you can receive a Mysterious Component. Collect 6 to receive a Rocket Radar to find the leaders Sierra, Arlo, or Cliff! Check out the guides to defeating these bosses at the links above.
