Is it worth anything w/o shadow claw?

In case of a gastly community day where gengar is given an exclusive move?

Hex/SBall is decent for soloing itself (especially FocB variants) just to watch the huge grin.

Already have a lvl 39 gengar with sc/sb (93 IV), but i guess two will be even better.

Of course; SC is the best move, but Hex is still damn good. A 100% Hex/Shadow Ball Gengar is awesome against a Focus Blast Alakazam or Mewtwo.

I have 2 of them maxed so far one with shadowclaw. They help out alot especially when we 4 or 5 man lugia. They put ya ahead of the clock.
