I know it is guaranteed to have one evolution item on 7-day treak and also you can get evolution items on normal spins, but they are still rare. But it shocked me some minutes ago, I had got one Metal coat first then after some spin I got one Upgrade. Do you have the same experience?

has happened to me twice, once before the 7 day spin and yesterday

I have randomly spun 2 sun stones, an upgrade and a dragon scale. I'm in a big city with plenty of pokestops. I still need a King's Rock. My 7 day streaks have all given me Metal coats.

I was able to get 3 Evolution Items one time. A King's Rock, Sun Stone then an Up-Grade in one day.

My girl got a dragon's scale and a king's rock from her 7 day streak, exact same time, so yes it is possible.

I got 2 Kings Rock almost back to back today from different pokestops. Last week, I got a couple of Metal Coats from stops. So, it's not that rare.
