Is there any way to play GO in China?

I’m gonna move to China somewhen around the summer or late fall, but as far as I know the game ain’t launched yet, is it? Or maybe I can play unofficially?

Yes, you can, go to very north (close to Russia or Mongolia) or very south (close to Hong Kong or Macau).

Is the community there alive? Will I be able to find people for raids? And what I won’t have the opportunity to live near the borders, will I be able to play? A lot of questions, sorry:)
