1) Machamp - Already have a Lvl32/89% C/DP
Have two Lvl 20 (82% & 80%) ones with C/DP too
I have 82 candy - power these up to Lvl 26 each?
2) Exeguttor - Have a Lvl 32/96% C/Seed Bomb
Should I try to use a Charged TM (only 1 atm) to get Solar Beam?
I already have a Lvl32/91% C/SoB
Or, should I try to get and use a Fast TM to get Bullet Seed?
I don't have any particularly strong Grass except:
- Lvl 30/87% Venusaur VW/SoB
- Lvl 30/96% Victreebel RL/LB
- Lvl 20/93% Meganium RL/SoB
- Lvl 20/87% Tangela VW/SoB

I'd power both Machamps to level 30. Buddy one or use rare candies. I'd leave this Eggy, Seed Bomb isnt so bad and you have three high level grass attackers (Eggy, Venusaur and Victreebel).
Edit: if Machops are common in your area, power only the 82.2% to level 30 and wait for a better ivs Champ from raid or evolution.
There is no need to use tm on this egg hold it for another one, is good to have this variety of moveset, you already have a good variety of solar beamers, and you can always evolve other egg in the future. Extrasensory is just as good as confusion and bullet seed is very useful. The only moveset for egg that I would think of changing is bullet seed with psychic or extrasensory with seed bomb in a egg with 91iv+
