Is it just me or are the IVs in egg hatches been nerfed?

I think it is just random luck. But I also think that eggs should give always at least a "wonder", an 80%+IV mon, because at this point I don't think there are so many people still buying packs of incubators (8 incubators to keep running 9 eggs) and having a good iv mon from all hatches could make people spend money again.

Also I think they are taking too long to add the rest of shinies and add breeding. We have had genders since gen2 release, that is almost 3 months now, I still don't know what are they waiting to give us more features, their numbers are not that great at this point a part from the punctual events.

For me yes, or maybe it's just shitty RNG again, been hatching 80% and below more frequently.

All my last hatches (15 probably) have been below 80%. before the valentine's day event, for me it was totally unusual to hatch something below 82.2%.
So yes, totally, in my opinion
