How do you go about legitimately banning someone with multiple accounts that also spoofs with them all..

There is a person in my town that fills gyms full of pokemon of nearly the same name except spelled differently with numbers instead of letters... you all know what I'm talking about. They have loads of tyranitars, snorlaxes, dragonites, and even heracross that span a long radius. They are all perfect or at least near it because I checked the trainer level vs the pokemon in question. Is there anything I can do about this!

No not really you just have to think on the bright side they think there awesome but in reality they are losers and that if they told any of there friends hardcore in to pokemon go that they spoofed they were probably down a friend so just think about how much time they waste doing that so they dont have time to have friends or enjoy life so juat when you see a spoofer taking a gym just imagine that friendless fat kid that bullys other people because he thinks he is cool

they have an account that follows them... and seems lately they've got a following... seen many accounts with different names in gyms they've taken.

"friendless fat kid" ehhh too judgmental for me. I view those people as horribly disfigured with an upside down face like that ugly kid on Family Guy.

Or they have a butt-face.

Nothing can be done about it. I figured out that the spoofers in my area with 10 Blissey account is still active now and then, even after multiple reports with screenshots I send to Niantic. Never seen a company fail so badly with cheaters.
