Drop rates in pokestop

Seems like I get about 30 or more poke balls to one non-pink potion. Pretty sure that's their goal in order to make people pick and choose their battles instead of complete domination.

I am having a similar problem with eggs. I haven't found a single egg in the last 3 days! It is true that I am not having a lot of time to play recently but still, no egg in at least 50 pokestops is way under my usual average.

I try to use the two lowest potions (pink and yellow) as much as possible. I try to keep my Hyper and Max potion counts at over 100. Sometimes I run out of the two lowest, then it's time to mine pokestops.

I was going to ask others here as well, but potion drop rates seem to be half from when I measured it a few months ago...

I used to get ~20% potions before, now, it's around ~10% of drops (so if 50 total items, 5 are potions...).

PokeBall drop rates have gone up from 60% -> 70% for me.

Similar issue here, I have 6 or 7 established gyms so only fight 3 or 4 a day yet I continually have less than 20 normal, super and hyper potions. Compare that with over 200+ red, 200+ blue and 100+ ultra balls

I've started just reviving my attackers and leaving them half healed and using them again. But I hate seeing a page or more of injured pokemon when trying to heal your defenders back up.

Got around that problem by diverting some of my gym coin from incubators to expanding the bag space.
