Chansey/Blissey question

Chanseys are very rare in my area. My only Chansey have come from hatches, I've never seen one in the wild.
Today I hatched my first one in more than 2 months.
Now the question:
I have 2 Blissey.

1 - 88.9IV, 2719CP, 384HP, 30.5LVL, Pound/Psychic

2 - 86.7IV, 1809CP, 313HP, 20LVL, Pound/DazzlingGleam (I'm walking this one as my buddy)

And I have the new hatch Chansey:
86.7IV, 829CP, 306HP, 20LVL.

So, the hatch gave me 16 candy. Should I power up one of the Blissey, (and which one?) or should I save and hope for another hatch (or 4) and evolve a new Blissey?

Power up the second blissey because that moveset like all of her movesets is great on defence and that is her ideal set to attack into tyranitar.

I would start working on the second myself. It is a good moveset, and will make an great defender if that is what you need.

Going to have to agree with the above comments. Number 2 is looking pretty good. It will take some work and walking, but evolving a new Blissey gives you the same level/IV but a chance at a possibly worse moveset. That being said, moveset isn't really a huge deal with Blissey but you will be saving a decent amount of candies. Put them towards #2 and you should have a good defender to use right away.

The one with the most max CP.

Eh.. I'd go with #1 personally. Feels good to max out defenders and you've already put so much into her. You wouldn't be able to use #2 in a gym for a long time without being a prestige wall against your team.

Tough choice for sure. Can't go wrong either way.
