Attack IV break point for Bite tyranitar?

Just want to confirm that as far as attack iv >= 10 for tyranitar, same damage by Bite regardless of attack iv at level 30 or above.

Break points are different when attacking different pokemon.

Like MOI said, the defender's defense stat is compared to the attacker's attack stat to calculate the break point. This video explains how break points work, there are links in the description to google docs that can be used to calculate break points.
