Some questions about Feeding Limit

Case 1: As we know, If you feed 10 berries to a Pokémon in a short time, it'll display "XXX is very happy" and you can't feed it anymore until a cool down period is over.
Q1: How long exactly is the cool down period?
Q2: Is it the same as the cool down for diminished effect of berries? If not, how long is the latter?

Case 2: I've also run into a different situation, where I couldn't feed any Pokémon in the gym and the message was "XXX is full" for every Pokémon, different from that of Case 1.
Q3: What is the mechanic behind this situation?
Q4: How long is the cool down for this?

3) Used to not be able to feed a pokemon if it was at full motivation. This restriction has been removed.

If you feed too many berries total in a short time, you get told that every pokemon is full. I'm not sure what the limit is. It's somewhere in the 25-50 range I think. I've hit it a few times, most recently on last night (well, today, technically) just after midnight. So - I think that's still current behavior.

Hmm... never encountered that before. Must be above 60 berries fed, because I'm pretty sure that I have fed 10 to all six defenders in a gym before.

Maybe it depends on the type of berries? I've fed out goldens and don't think it let me go over 20 or so
